Grad school has supplied me with some great friendships like with Sarah! We both did our Arts Administration program in one year together so we have had pretty much every class together resulting in lots of time together. I was so happy when Sarah and Aaron became engaged earlier this year, and I loved getting to take their engagement photos because they were both such naturals in front of the camera! It was a lovely evening filled with talk over maple and walnut trees like we were all old friends. I cannot wait to photograph your wedding! Also thanks to Brandon for helping me second shoot!
Emily has been one of my best friends since our Cazenovia College days, and I've taken plenty of pictures of her. I even took pictures of her and Wesley last year before she graduated (if you can remember those pictures that are somewhere farther down on this blog). I spent the weekend with them in their Woodstock home, and we took pictures pretty much all day around there! The first stop was some at-home pictures, and then next was Opus 40. We took a break and explored around Phoenicia at the diner and the flea market. After that we went back to Woodstock to explore the Comeau Trail before dinner time where they made pizza (the chicken bbq one was amazing), and we took a few more pictures. I loved so many photos from our day so prepare yourself for this post! Also thanks to Brandon for helping me out and second shooting and taking some behind the scenes!
My friend Heather recently bought a horse, and she reached out to me to take some pictures of the two of them! I had never photographed a horse so up close before, but Honey was a (mostly) willing model, even though all she wanted to eat was grass. I had such a good time photographing these two. Don't be afraid to reach out to me for more sessions like this!
