It's starting to feel like fall here in Syracuse (well at least it was until it got warm again)! I got to to walk around downtown with Erica and Steve to take their picture and get to know them better. We started at Armory Square, and we then took off for Clark Reservation to get a little bit of city and a little bit of nature in for their engagement photos to suit both of their styles. I cannot wait for their wedding next summer at Pratts Falls!
When friends are in town, you make the most out of it! This past weekend was Haborfest here in Oswego, NY, and it's always a fun time when friends come back home to visit. I was able to meet with Shannon for dinner and a quick trip to the bluffs, where we stumbled upon a beautiful painted rock by the Fair Haven Rocks group. The next day we got together with more of our friends and rode the ferris wheel for our first Harborfest activity! Although it was a little chilly, it definitely felt like summer this past week!
I met Brittany and Brandon from work (which is also where they met), but it wasn't until a week before we their engagement shoot that I knew I was going to be photographing them. By some string of luck and chance I became their photographer, and I'm so happy to have been able to tell their story! I had a blast walking and talking with them, and I can't wait to work with them again for their wedding!
