Engagement: Christine + Travis, Oswego, NY

Christine reached out to me to photograph her engagement session with Travis last fall, and I was excited to meet them back in my hometown for it! They first met at the farmer’s market in front of Canal Commons when they were teenagers, because what else does an Oswego teen do besides hang out with friends and get a snow cone and fried dough?

We wandered along downtown and the riverwalk, stopping for pictures every step of the way. It was a chilly November day with some snow on the ground, but it was also so sunny and perfect to create magical images! They were able to reminisce on their memories and make new ones as I took their picture.

Pro tip: have your engagement photos taken at a place that is meaningful to both of you. It makes your session even more memorable!

Last year I was not available for their wedding date, but by chance with wedding postponements for this year due to Covid, I became available for their intimate, backyard wedding! I cannot wait to see and photograph you both again in just a couple months!!

Such a stunning ring!!
