Justine + Luke’s Celestial Wedding at Colloca Estate Winery

Wow, this was such a special wedding to me! I’ve known Justine and Luke since way back in high school, and Justine and I even attended the same college. What an honor it was to be asked to document this important day for them. Check out the amazing celestial wedding decor sprinkled throughout their day! It was a theme I hadn’t seen before, and it turned out gorgeous.

We kicked things off while Justine and Luke were still getting ready. I ran around grabbing some detail photos, including their celestial wedding invitations, Justine’s veil, and the favors. Every single piece of the day was carefully planned and executed.

They had the most picturesque wedding ceremony at Colloca Estate Winery, with a satin-draped arch and Lake Ontario as their backdrop. A friend officiated their ceremony, which was short and sweet. After a couple of readings, they exchanged rings and said “I Do.” Watching their family and friends, it was so apparent how much these two are adored by their loved ones.

The three of us ran off for some just-married photos, with the excitement of their nuptials still hanging in the air. We explored the Colloca Estate Winery property and found a lovely little wooden gazebo near the water to take some photos.

Justine and Luke started their reception by thanking everyone for traveling to join in their day. The Matron of Honor and Luke’s mom gave toasts, then it was time to eat! Their reception space was beautifully decorated. I loved the black tablecloths, which gave the room a romantic feel.

They had a quick cake cutting (featuring the cutest crescent moon and cat cake topper!), then went straight into their first dance. They each shared a touching dance with their parents before opening the floor up to everyone. And once the dancing began, it never stopped. The band kept the dance floor packed all night!

I snuck out with Justine and Luke for a few night portraits. We just had to work the crescent moon into a few photos! Then they went back in to celebrate with family and friends.
